Rental Rates:

1 Month: $525/mo + Sales &Tourist Tax (11% total) + Electric

4 month minimum stay is required during peak months November thru April

6 Months: $3000 + Electric

12 Months $4800 + Electric

A non-refundable deposit of $525.00 is required to confirm reservation.

Remainder of rent for full rental period plus applicable sales tax plus electric/security deposit of $200.00 is due at occupancy.

Keys for storage shed, private mailbox and clubhouse access are available with $50.00 key deposit.

Lot 36 has a 10' by 35' terra cotta concrete pad and a 6' x 16' terra cotta concrete patio. Use of storage shed is included. This lot is close to the pool and clubhouse and backs to a nature view. Water and sewer are included. Electric is 20/30/50 amp. Call Barbara for details and reservation.
